SCOTT L. SNYDER APPOINTED NEW TURLOCK TEAM LEADER
AS SUE UNGER PREPARES TO RETIRE SPRING 2008
(MODESTO, California) Prudential California Realty (PCR) is pleased to welcome Scott L. Snyder as Turlock's new Team Leader. Sue Unger, previous Turlock Team Leader, will serve in a variety of capacities in the organization until she retires next spring.
Snyder will be responsible for sales management in the Turlock office. He brings more than 6 1/2 years of real estate experience to his new position. Prior to joining PCR, Snyder was a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker / Endsley & Associates. He has achieved his broker's license, is a licensed REALTOR and a recipient of the prestigious Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. Snyder was the 2006-2007 MLS Chairman for the Turlock Association of REALTORS and holds a bachelor's degree in History Education from Western Washington University.
Snyder remains active in the ministry, coaching and numerous leadership opportunities throughout the community including the Freshman Boys Basketball Coach at Turlock High School. He and his wife Kristen have been married for 19 years and have three children: Casey, (16); Brittany, (14); and Mikayla, (9).

After almost 14 years of dedicated and superior service to Prudential California Realty, Sue Unger has announced today that she plans to retire from the real estate industry next spring. Unger has helped develop Prudential California Realty's presence in several markets and has been a true inspiration to countless individuals throughout her career. As devoted REALTOR, community advocate, respected coach, trusted mentor and valued friend to many, Unger, with husband Wayne, will relocate to Indiana next spring to live on the family estate.
"The Turlock office has a great history and a fabulous group of agents working there," said Snyder. "It is a privilege to be their Team Leader, and I look forward to continuing work with them to expand our services here in the Central Valley."
