TOP NATIONAL HONORS FOR 2003

(MODESTO, California) Prudential Commercial Real Estate (PCRE) received 1^st place recognition as the highest producing Prudential Commercial Services office in the western region for the third quarter of 2003. Craig C. Lewis, President/CEO of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, made the announcement last month. 

The Prudential Commercial Services Network recognizes both offices and agents on a quarterly basis. Awards are based on cumulative gross commission income (GCI).

In addition to receiving the award as the highest producing office, several PCRE sales professionals also were recognized for top performance. Among the associates recieving top Commercial GCI awards were Brian Heron and Patrick E. McHugh, both real estate specialists with PCRE in Modesto.  Heron, who began his real estate career in commercial development and now specializes leased investment sales and retail, received 1^st place for the western region.  McHugh, a broker associate more than 38 years experience in the real estate business, received 3^rd place honors.
