RECEIVE TOP HONORS AT NORTHEN CALIFORNIA
REGIONAL AWARDS CEREMONY
(MODESTO, California) REALTORS® from Prudential California Realty (PCR) received top honors for their achievements in 2006 at the Northern California regional awards ceremony held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco on March 2, 2007. The announcement was made by Craig C. Lewis, president and CEO of PCR.
"The Prudential California Realty network is comprised of 5,000 agents in markets across Northern California, Northern Nevada and North Texas, and these associates stand out as top producers," says Lewis. "Their level of dedication is unmatched in the real estate industry."
The awards are divided into four components: Top Ten Producers, Platinum Club, Diamond Club and Director's Club.
Top Ten Producers
Mary Prieto of the Modesto office received top honors as the third-highest producing agent in the Prudential Northern California regional network for her efforts in 2006. This is the second year in a row where Prieto was among the top ten producers from throughout Northern California.
Platinum Club
The Platinum Club award is given to sales professionals who close at least 75 residential transactions or represent at least $500,000 in gross commission income (GCI) for the year. RoseMarie Mendonca of the Lodi office received the Platinum Club award for her outstanding efforts in 2006.
Diamond Club
The Diamond Club award is given to sales professionals who close at least 50 residential transactions or represent at least $250,000 in gross commission income (GCI) for the year. REALTORS® Deni Royer and Andra Sill, Modesto office; Aaron Lewis, Turlock office; Pat Joslin, Waterford office; and Jim Sherrick, Fresno office, received the Diamond Club award for their outstanding efforts in 2006.
Director's Club
The Director's Club award is given to sales professionals who close at least 30 residential transactions or represent at least $175,000 in gross commission income (GCI) for the year. REALTORS® Bill Peterson, Kathy Rodriguez and Tony Suleiman, Modesto office; Jim Cates, Waterford office; and Jorge Coss, Ceres office, received the Director's Club award for their outstanding efforts in 2006.
