KELLEE DANKIEWICZ ACHIEVES BROKER'S LICENSE

(MODESTO, California) Kellee Dankiewicz, a REALTOR® at Prudential California Realty (PCR) Manteca has achieved professional status as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. The Department of Real Estate (DRE) of the State of California issued the license in September 2006.  The announcement of Kellee’s achievement was made today by Craig C. Lewis, president/CEO of PCR.

Real Estate Brokers are required to pass an extensive set of DRE examinations that test for real estate knowledge and real estate transaction skill. Broker licensees are required to pass eight classes and then the final Broker’s License exam. The State of California allows Real Estate Brokers to transact business as their own entity, whereas Real Estate Salesperson licensees are required to transact business as a Broker’s agent. Real Estate Brokers who choose to affiliate with another Broker rather than run their own firm are referred to as “Broker Associates.”

Dankiewicz has more than 6 years experience in the sales and real estate industry.  Dankiewicz specializes in residential real estate and excels in first time buyer representation. She has lived in Manteca for more than 22 years and holds a college degree in Electro-Mechanical Design.  Dankiewicz worked at Sandia National Laboratories for several years before becoming a stay at home mom and then a REALTOR®. She is a past President and current Treasurer of the Venture Club of Manteca, a service organization geared towards helping kids in need. Dankiewicz has also achieved the ePro Certification and the RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace) designation.

“I am thrilled to have my Broker’s License,” said Dankiewicz. ”It has been a long journey, but I know that my clients appreciate the ongoing effort to improve my level of service through continuing education. Hire a broker,” she added, “you’ll be glad you did.”
