HELEN GARDNER NAMED SALES MANAGER OF
PRUDENTIAL CALIFORNIA REALTY, FRESNO
(MODESTO, California) Prudential California Realty (PCR), Fresno, is under new management, and has named Helen Gardner as Sales Manager. Javier Cavazos, previous Fresno Sales Manager, has decided to become a full time REALTOR with Prudential California Realty to take advantage of the exclusive opportunities provided to Prudential sales professionals such as: the affiliation with Yahoo! Real Estate that brings in thousands of online leads per month, the Yahoo! Online Seller Advantage and the new Technology Platform that generates online leads directly to agents. The announcement was made today by Craig C. Lewis, President/CEO of Prudential California Realty.
Gardner will be responsible for sales management in the Fresno office. Gardner brings more than 17 years of management and real estate experience to her new position. Prior to joining PCR, Gardner was the broker/owner of Heart N Home Realty Services, a real estate business she opened in 2001 after being a REALTOR® at Century 21 for eight years. Prior to her career in real estate, Gardner sold insurance and even owned her own restaurant. Gardner's appointment as Sales Manager is a continuation of Prudential California Realty's commitment to build a solid and professional team in the Fresno marketplace.
In addition to her vast experience in management, Gardner also brings with her extensive knowledge of the Fresno/Clovis area. As a Clovis resident since 1968, Gardner prides herself on knowing the area extremely well. She is a member of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce and has been a co-leader for T.O.P.S. (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly), an International weight loss support group, since 1970. She has also received the prestigious Seniors Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S.) designation.
