She brings more than ten years experience to her new position. Fraze joined PCR in 1996 as the Assistant to Craig C. Lewis, president and CEO. In 1998, Fraze was promoted to Executive Assistant and was responsible for processing orientations, franchise relations and satisfying legal requirements for the company.
