(MODESTO, California) Carol Perdew, sales manager at Prudential California Realty (PCR) in Manteca, earned the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation presented by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers of the National Association of Realtors. The CRB is recognizing industry-wide as the measure of success for real estate brokers and managers. REALTORS earning the designation have completed a comprehensive program combining experience with management education.

The Council is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS with almost 7,000 members in North America. Innovative and result-oriented programs, products and services are continually being developed to enhance the productivity and profitability of Council members.

Perdew is a sales manager for Prudential California Realty at 401 N. Main Street in Manteca and a member of the Central Valley Board of REALTORS and the California Association of REALTORS. As sales manager at PCR, Perdew is responsible for management responsibilities in the Manteca office.
