Alan Scearce Appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer ( MODESTO, California) Craig C. Lewis, President and CEO of Prudential California Realty (PCR) serving the Central Valley and North Bay markets, is pleased to welcome Alan E. Scearce as the firm's new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Scearce comes to PCR from John L. Scott Real Estate where he has served as Senior Vice President since 2002.  As EVP/COO, Scearce will be responsible for Residential Brokerage Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, Technology, and the development of agent services. "Scearce is a strong leader and an expert in the industry," said Lewis.  "Alan is a proven expert in supporting the organizational growth of residential real estate firms.  Combined with his abundant energy and enthusiasm, Alan is a natural fit for our organization." While at John L. Scott, Scearce was responsible for developing and implementing John L. Scott business strategies in the areas of Marketing, Internet, Agent Support Services, and the development of affiliated business relationships in the areas of Title, Escrow, Mortgage, Transaction Management and Home Warranty. Alan has over 17 years of management experience in residential real estate, technology, marketing, agent services, and business development. Prior to joining John L. Scott, Alan was Vice President of Network Services for Mason-McDuffie/Prudential California Realty in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, where he oversaw marketing, training, communications, and the franchise network.  He has also serviced as the Director of Business Development and Product Management for Real Tech, LLC, a Seattle-based company that provides technology services to residential real estate companies.
